Your first guided test

Ask your subconscious a question.

Your subconscious has been answering you through your body your whole life.

Butterflies before something important. A throat that tightens when you try to speak. Chills when something lands as true.

These reactions can happen before you have had time to think them through.

The Finger Rub Test gives you a simple way to ask a direct question and notice how your subconscious responds.

What are you actually testing?

You can consciously know what you want and still find yourself doing the opposite. You know it is time to rest, but find one more thing to do. You know your work deserves a higher price, but still cannot say the number.

Your conscious mind may be choosing one thing while your subconscious is following an older instruction. You are not testing objective truth. You are asking:

Does my subconscious currently agree with this statement?

A True response means your subconscious may currently treat the ideas as connected. It is useful information—not a diagnosis, prediction or verdict.

Communicate with your Subconscious with the Finger Rub Test

When you lightly rub your finger and thumb together, you may notice a small change in the movement as you make different statements.

Begin with two answers you already know—your real name and a name that is not yours—so you can recognise your own True and False responses. The finger rub does not decide what is true; it gives you a repeatable way to notice how your subconscious responds.

Learn the recommended beginner method

Thumb and finger pads rubbing together in a small circle
Recommended first method · Finger rub
  1. 1Place the pad of one finger lightly against the pad of your thumb.
  2. 2Rub them together in a small circle using the same gentle pressure each time.
  3. 3Say one statement once and notice whether the movement matches your True or False baseline.

Look for a repeatable contrast such as smoother or more resistant. Do not press harder to manufacture a difference.

Try your first test

1

Find your True and False

Rub your finger and thumb together while saying:

“My name is [your real name].”

Notice how the movement feels.

Then repeat the same movement while saying:

“My name is [a name that is not yours].”

Notice what changes.

You are looking for your own repeatable difference—not somebody else’s description of what True should feel like.

2

Test one statement

Choose one Matrix Code statement.

Say it once while using the same light finger movement.

Notice whether the response feels more like your known True or your known False.

Do not argue with the statement or decide what the answer should be. Notice the first clear response.

3

Read your result

True

The response feels closest to your known True.

False

The response feels closest to your known False.

Not clear

The response is mixed, absent or too inconsistent to call.

Not clear is still a valid result. Record it rather than repeating the test until you get the answer you expected.

Other ways to test

Finger rub is the recommended beginner method. If it does not give you a usable contrast, establish your own known True and False reference with one alternative.

Sway

Stand safely with soft knees and compare the first small movement with your known True and False. Use a wall or chair for support, and skip this method if standing is not comfortable.

O-ring

Make a gentle finger ring and use the same light opening pressure for your known True and False before testing an unfamiliar statement. Do not turn it into a strength test.

When the answer is not clear
  • Every response feels the same: Recheck your known True and False using the same light pressure. If there is no contrast, record Not clear and return later.
  • The response keeps changing: Use one statement once. If the response is not repeatable, record Not clear.
  • You strongly want a particular answer: If you cannot compare the response without pushing for the result you want, stop and return another time.
  • You feel tired, rushed or overwhelmed: Pause and return when you can use the same light movement without forcing an answer.
Use the test wisely

Use the Finger Rub Test to explore your own subconscious responses, associations and beliefs.

Do not use it to diagnose illness, determine objective facts, predict the future, read another person’s thoughts or replace medical, legal or financial advice.

The question is: “How does my subconscious currently respond to this statement?”
